What Is Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT)?

EFT is simple. It is an evidence-based therapy model that helps couples permanently transform their relationship. Whether you are looking to deepen or restore your connection, EFT can work for you! Hold Me Tight, our one day, expedited workshop, presents a streamlined version of EFT. This educational workshop guides participants through the essential conversations that will help redefine your understanding of one another and strengthen your love relationship. In this Hold Me Tight workshop, participants will be given information, instruction and counseling support

to help restore and secure a lasting bond.
